1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE AGREEMENT.

By creating a Qubeeq account, whether through a mobile device, mobile application or computer (collectively, the “Service”) you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and Arbitration Procedures (if applicable to you) each of which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement...

2. ELIGIBILITY.

You are not authorized to create an account or access or use the Service unless all of the following are true:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You can form a binding contract with Qubeeq.
  • You are not barred from using the Service under applicable law.
  • You will comply with all laws and this Agreement.
  • You have no criminal history as outlined.

3. SAFETY; YOUR INTERACTIONS WITH OTHER MEMBERS.

Qubeeq encourages respectful interactions but is not responsible for user behavior on or off the service. Exercise caution and never share financial info.

4. REPORT / COMPLAINTS

Use the in-app live chat to report abuse. Violators may face suspension or permanent restriction.

5. RIGHTS QUBEEQ GRANTS YOU.

Qubeeq grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service as intended. You agree not to misuse, reverse-engineer, or commercialize any part of the Service without written consent.

6. RIGHTS YOU GRANT QUBEEQ.

By posting content, you grant Qubeeq a license to use and share it to operate and improve the service. You confirm you have the rights to all posted content.

7. DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES

The Service is provided “as is.” Qubeeq disclaims all warranties to the extent permitted by law.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Qubeeq shall not be liable for damages resulting from use or misuse of the Service.

9. COMMUNITY RULES.

By using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service illegally or harmfully
  • Spam or defraud members
  • Post hate speech, nudity, or explicit content
  • Impersonate others
  • Violate any rights or laws

Qubeeq may investigate violations and terminate accounts without refund.

10. OTHER MEMBERS' CONTENT.

Qubeeq is not responsible for content posted by members. Report violations via in-app tools or email.

11. PURCHASES.

In-app purchases may be offered. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. Refunds generally not available. Pricing varies.

12. AGREEMENT

This Agreement is the complete agreement between you and Qubeeq. English prevails over any translations.

13. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate use of the Services at any time. Termination ends your rights to access the Service.
